Day 326: Atlanta Braves

My company is a big sponsor of the Atlanta Braves, who are about to kick off their inaugural season at SunTrust Park! Today we celebrated a great 2016 by heading over to a Braves exhibition game against the New York Yankees (which made it VERY easy to cheer for the Braves!). Although we did have to work until 3pm, it was great to hang out and network with co-workers while drinking beer and watching baseball. I might even call this the American Dream!

Our shirts were provided by our company – so we did look a little bit like easily-identifiable campers. Above I’m pictured with my hands-down favorite co-worker. She keeps me sane and completely understands my love-hate relationship with Jimmy Johns!

Day 68: Game Face

We have some friends visiting this weekend, so we had to make a trip out to Turner Field where the Atlanta Braves play! For those of you who don’t know, this is the last year that the Braves are playing at Turner Field, which was originally built to support the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Next year, the Braves are moving up to a stadium in East Cobb, right near my work. This season has been rough – tonight we saw two official cringe-worthy errors and several wild pitches. Whatever, nothing is more american than eating a highly processed hot dog and drinking an overpriced beer #amerika
