We’re still trying to figure out what’s going on with L’s leg from his soccer incident last week. This morning we went to L’s doctor’s appointment to review his MRI scans from Monday. L was so worried that he would need ALC surgery, but we had some good news! There’s no muscular problems, but he does have several hairline fractures in the back of his tibia. He doesn’t need surgery or a cast, but he does need to stay off his leg and on crutches so it doesn’t get any worse.
L is super bummed that he has to be on crutches, especially since he thought his leg was starting to get better. It’s definitely a set back, but at least he’ll be ready to go and dancing for the wedding.
Since I’m still not feeling well at all, I wanted to be warm and comfortable. Although I guess that’s not really an indicator of sickness, since that’s what I always do! These pants are basically yoga pants, so it made for a perfect “just-let-me-get-through-today” outfit.
